That my be the law but I have never had to get any of my motorhomes into a building to have them inspected.

Two years ago it was $35 depending on the County you reside in. When they went to the 1 sticker (Inspection and registration on one sticker) the price at the insepction facility went to $7 and then when you registered it they charged you the extra $7 (again depending on County).

With the 1 inspection sticker all vehicles must be registered no sooner than 90 days prior to the registration sticker running out. However, there is a provision for registering on-line that declares the MH is out of state. Then it needs to be registered within 3 (I think 3) days upon returning to the state.

Once the routine is down there is no problem and I have never had an inspection station pull it into their garage for an inspection. They do get in it and back it up and go forward a little to check the brakes.
