Mississippi River Cruise - Memphis to New Orleans

we're planning a rv trip that will take us to memphis. we would like to take one of the mississippi river cruises from memphis to new orleans. they look like they are one way cruises.

have any of you taken such a cruise while on a rv trip?

which cruise line do you recommend?
where did you store you rv while you were on the cruise?
how did you get back to memphis from new orleans?

I am from Memphis originally and a lot of us would take the Amtrak down to New Orleans for a weekend or whatever. So I would look into that. As far as where to leave your camper, maybe a campground like the Agricenter campground. Its reasonable and in a great part of town
