New South East Texas Area Leaders Announced

Our retirement bash festivities this weekend celebrated the years Jay and Stella Coffman have served as Area Leaders and our best wishes go with them in their new adventures. A door has closed with many beautiful memories during The Coffman's tenure, but a window of opportunity has opened for another couple to step up to their "big footprints" and begin to serve as the area leaders.

For the many Texas Boomers who were not able to be with us this past weekend, I'm pleased to announce the new South East Area Leaders

MIKE AND AMBER BROWN OF HOUSTON, TEXAS

Since their first time meeting up with the Texas Boomers at a Hill Country campout at Lake Medina in October of 2007, they have steadily displayed their support, encouragement, enthusiasm and involvement in this great RV group of ours.

They are anxious to begin their new duties and will be posting a signup soon for their first event in June. They are continually coming up with innovative ideas for future campouts....in keeping with this "wild and crazy bunch" and our antics!

I know the Boomers in the South East Texas area will be of support to them as they settle in and I know Boomers in the Hill Country area and the North Texas area will welcome them aboard as well. Looking forward to every Texas Boomer having an opportunity to meet this special couple.

Sandy

Mike and Amber, welcome aboard as our new "fearless leaders." Plan it and they will come. Let that be your motto. We probably won't see you until November but know that you and all the Boomers are always in our hearts as we travel this great country.
