Hi everyone, Thought I'd try and start everyone thinking about a spring trip. I know, its just now winter but spring will be here before we know it. Is there anyone that would like to take the lead on this?

I don't know if we'll be able to make it or not, depends on how my recuperation from the foot surgery goes but if its late enough we might be able to. I will get the cast off around the middle of February, then teach my foot and tendon how to walk again. Ouch!

Merry Christmas and a happy new year to all.

Tom so srry to hear about the FOOT.
Yes Summer will be here befor we know it. Tho for now it looks like ill have
to burn Don's wooden ramp just to stay warm. The middle of April may
be a starting point for a get together.
What does everyone think? I havent had the BGB
out since Sept- Had to have some surgery in Oct
and about 4 weeks to get over it soooo I for one am ready to get out CAMPING.
I wonder what Warren and Gwen thinks about
April camp out? We could even get lucky and
get Dan,Don,and most of the group together. Merry Christmas to all

Boy, sounds like we've all had our problems. Maybe next year will be better, I hope!

The middle to late April was what I was thinking too. We'll see what Warren and the others think and what places pop up.

We missed you all last fall so it'll be good to see that BGB out and about again.

Hey Guys, It is good to see the bunch is up and around again, I have been thinking of you all. The April campout sounds good, hope it is a little warmer than the April fools 04, that does make the campfire better though, Jerry are you STILL carrying that big ole board around? You should leave it at Grannys for awhile and let all the hillbillies autograph it for Don and Pat
I don`t know what our situation is going to be by then, maybe I can get an OKC, out of work, cabbie to drive the CHUCK WAGON!!!That should be no problem if we promise to over feed him - or her on Saturday. Maybe we could make a KITE rally?
I surely do hope this gets on the forum, as I am using one of my older (from J Pittman) puters, XP was driving me to distraction so now it is back to ME.
See yall in the funnies. Warren

Hey gang, we made it to Houston. Tom, my old Ford managed to run down here with a lot of the trip at 75 PMH and still got just over 10 MPG. From the way the trailer was loade, it had to be heavy. Afraid to go to the scales...some things are beter left unknown.

Wow....wait to april for an outing...just pray for warmer weather.

Wish all ya'll a very Merry Xmas and a Safe a Prosperous New Year...also healthy.

Ken and Susan

Well I'm glad to see that everyone isn't in hibernation, but I bet the rigs are. I'll be ready for an early spring campout. Most of the campgrounds that I know of are closed, or at least dry camping untill the end of march. You can use my place any time you need it though.

You guys would not believe what my part of the lake looks like. You can almost walk completely across the pond. Next week I'm going to trim some of the stumps off with the chain saw, all I have to do is walk out to them.

Merry Christmas everybody
Lee
