Storage in Houston/tx

Good morning,

does anyone have a good and safe storage in Houston/Tx or nearby? We put our RV from end of june 2013 for 6 month. I prefer indoor storage. Thanks.

I have my motorhome stored in Cypress, TX (N. of Houston). Until recently I had a 30 ft. motorhome in an enclosed storage unit. I purchased a 35 ft. motorhome and, because they did not have a larger enclosed unit at the time, I transferred to a 40 ft. covered space (w/ electricity).
If you want more information about this storage PM me and I will give you their phone number.

Yes, that will be fine. It is only about 32. Miles far from iah. Perhaps there is a shuttle...?

Thank you

Ursula and Walter,
There is a storage place 5 minutes from IAH. Unfortunately at the present time they only have outside storage. The will pick-up and drop-off at Intercontinental Airport. You could possible find one that is covered for the time being and get on their waiting list if this is to be a long term yearly thing.

It is

RDP RV & Boat Storage
4827 FM 1960 W
Humble, TX 77338
Phone: 281-416-6727

Also there are other covered storage in the area, just not all-enclosed. Bring up the Houston map in Google and then type in RV Storage Facilities or just RV Storage.

Happy trails.

Here are the 2 places in Conroe
Parkway Storage
693 Blake Rd
Conroe, TX 77304
936-588-3313 or 936-499-4239 Kimberly is the manager.
The have enclosed storage with 20 amp electric. We moved because they didn't have a unit long enough for our new trailer. They also have dump station and wash area.

Riverbridge furniture and RV storage
6390 Highway 105 W
Conroe, TX 77304
936-756-5020 Cindy
The have covered storage and 50 amp electric. It is also half the rate of Parkway.

Wish you the best. Let me know if you need a ride to the airport and when see if I am in town.

Jerry

Hi Jerry,

many thanks.

Riverbridge has a waiting-list and Parkway did not answer, there is only an answering machine. He has enough money

You know, I am looking for a storage in/near Houston/Texas. Perhaps has anyone experienced with:

1) Mueschke RV Boat Storage in Cypress/Tx
2) Texas Mega Storage in Spring/Tx
3) Milo´s RV Storage in Magnolia/Tx

or perhaps even more addresses? important, covered or indoors and in the north of Houston/Tx near int. Airport.

Thanks.
Walter

The one I told you about in my PM was Grant Road Storage in Cypress and they have a sign up right now saying they have a covered RV space available. They are probably about 16 miles from the airport.

Walter,
As you can see, storage is at a premium for RV's. I have a covered storage unit and even when I'm gone for 4 months or more I keep paying the monthly fee just so I have something when I come home from a trip. It may be something to consider in your long term storage and travels.

When you find one you will want to keep it.
