Madame Mini Boomer, Are we set for Oct 6 - 9, 2006 at Haven's Landing? We'd like to stay through that Monday too. We don't mind if we all can't be together...we always adjust - that's what legs are for - walking over to another Boomer's rig! LOL Please let me know if you prefer that we make our own reservations etc. Thanks!! Hugs, Tee

Since Haven's Landing has a big rally planned for the weekend of Oct 7-9 I was thinking of going the weekend of Oct 20-22 -
Would that work for y'all too??

I have Havens Landing booked for about 25 rigs, on October 6th to 8th. We have use of the club house etc. There is a bigger rally coming in that has been booked prior to ours on Sunday, so we do need to vacate by Sunday 11:00.

I had not posted anything since it was still months away. A little early to keep track of sign ups.

I just got off the phone with Havens Landing. For those that want to stay over, it will not be a problem. You just will not be with the group but as you know you can drive or walk to the rally room.

These dates are posted in 2 places on the web site, on the Rally Schedule Page and in the Calendar Of Events. The NEW web site works and is a great source for this kind of information that is too far out in the future to post on IRV2.

Oct 6th to the 8th is the Official "Ren Fest" rally for the Texas Boomers. All of the Texas Boomers are invited to join. No attendance to Ren Fest is required. But, we have 25 approximate sites available at Haven's Landing (Conroe). Or more if needed. Rally hall and normal Rally activities / rates apply.

Even though I am heading this up (Texas Hill Country Group), I am sure (if available) Sandy and possibly Jay,

will assist with dinners, etc. What can I say, the Hill Country Group likes a good party.

Please sign up if you are interested. I know, I know, but I could not contain my group. We want to sign up now. (Ok, we are anxious)

If you would like to stay through Monday (Holiday), please let me know. They are separating those sites from the rally sites.
