Boy, Cabin Fever is setting in Big Time. March cannot get hear to soon. At least we will get to take a short tip to the gang at River Plantation.

Yeah, me too!

I took the rig out Friday to check everything out after re-installing hitch, brake controller, etc., into a different truck. Weather was great and it was tempting to go spend a few days somewhere.

But, with foul weather just over the horizon and not wanting to flush out all the antifreeze and then have to put it back in, I just parked it back in its shed.

See y'all in March.

We know exactly what ya'll are talking about. What with the doctor and sick relatives etc. along with tons of work at the dealerships, we have been tied down at home.
Every time I drive by the shed I hear this whistle and the MH say, "hey, you haven't forgotten me have you"?
As soon as things slow down just a little we are out of here for at least a few days.
Got a wedding anniversary coming up Saturday (40 years!!!! good grief!) and not sure if we will get to make our annual trip to the Okeefenokee Swamp or not.
Not wishing my life away, but HURRY UP SPRING.

Happy Anniversary Doc. 40 years, thats LOOONG lasting. Congrats.
Joe is familiar with the Okeefenokee Swamp, he had a very interesting experience there once. Good campfire story.
We keep the rig ready, plugged in and just outside our door. If we loose power we just move out and crank the generator. It would be very easy to take off anywhere if we did not have to do our first 40 min. going down the mountain, not to mention coming back home As soon as our property sells We will move down to less curves, and more time on the road.

Hey Jim you forgot to tell about the night we spent in the cow pasture. Dianne wants me to call Ray and see if he have us back, but I am broke after paying for the fuel we burned. I wonder if you could put a sail on a RV and let the wind blow you around.

Hey there, Jim and Sandy, sounds like you had a great time. Looks like you might have gotten back just in time for winter
Tom, I like the idea of the sail, They do it on ice lakes, might be fun to try on the HWY

Rebelsbeach-sounds like you really have a case of "cabin fever" if you are thinking ahead to August already!

Gosh....we have already made reservations for Disney and Myrtle Beach in June and a trip in July through Ohio,Michigan,Wisconsin and Minnesota, ending up at the Mall of America.
Working on somewhere to go in August already!

Just FYI about the FMCA Rally in August, the reservations process opens April 1st and it's definitely a good idea to call "earlier" than later...
