Hi, Rick and Cheryl:

How are you guys doing? All is well and we are really enjoying our 7 months of "fulltiming". We've been gone for almost 10 weeks and the time has flown by. We've seen so much and done so much and surprisingly, I'm not the least bit homesick. Of course there have been Wal-Marts everywhere we've gone.

We arrived at our final destination for the summer, Bar Harbor, ME and what a beautiful place! It has rained almost every day we've been here, but that has not dampened our spirits.

We officially start our workkamping experience tomorrow with orientation then and Saturday too. Not sure what our schedule will be, but we have three days off per week.

Sure do miss seeing the Boomers and will catch up when we return in the Fall.

Ya'll take care and keep in touch.

Love ya,

Correct, Ralphie! Everywhere we go, one of the "natives" always corrects our pronunciation of Baaaa Haaaa Baaaa. We love the Mainers' accents. Maybe by the time we leave here, we'll talk just like they do.

Sill raining but not as badly as in VA, MD and PA. Unbelievable, huh?

Take good care of yourself and of course Weezie. We'll see you in October. Time is really flying by. We've been gone 12 weeks yesterday!

Love ya lots,

Missy

Hey, Sharon and "Bone Licker"!

Great to hear from you. We are at Mt. Desert Narrows Camping Resort through Labor Day. No black flies here (so far!). Mosquitos come and go depending on the rain. Not too bad though.

We would love to see you. Here's the website for the campground:
http://www.narrowscamping.com/

Give us a call and let us know when you'll be here. For now, our days off are Friday, Saturday and Sunday. That could change, but we're hoping not.

Talked to Ralphie today and he sounded pretty good! Miss that guy's silly face!

See you in October, Bubba!

Interesting observation, Lou! The big Guy claims that the days are zipping by for him too. I was wondering though, why he decided to do some more weed whacking after his shift was over. Guess I better have a heart-to-heart with him, Huh?

Great to see you in print, RMM. Say, "hi" to Robin and the Girls for us.

Love ya,
