Good one, but in this case the name comes from the location. They're next door to the world famous Shady Maple Smorgasbord, Shady Maple Farm Market, and more. In the heart of Pennsylvania Dutch country. Too bad the smorgasbord is closed due to COVID-19, although they do have pickup available. Two words: Seafood Night. Good stuff.
Around here we have a PA Dutch phrase: Kum essen!
P.S. I don't have any recommendation on Shady Maple RV, just the smorgasbord. Sorry!
