End of Season Trips

Southern Mass here and new to RV'ing. Wife and I would like to fit in one more trip before winterizing the rig. Most campgrounds around here close after Columbus Day Weekend. Does anyone have suggestions for long weekend (3-5 days) getaways? Are there any gatherings going on this late in the season?

There are many CG's still open in NY State. Lake George RV park comes to mind. Just stayed there, place was really, really good.

KenNJ is right, Lake George RV Park is really, really good. If you want to stay more local, the KOA in Middleboro, MA is still open and has a deal where if you stay 2 nights, you get a third free. If you book for a weekend, you can come a day early (Thursday night) or stay an extra day (Sunday night) for free!

Aces High in East Lyme CT is open year round. Close to Groton/New London/Mystic Seaport. We spent Halloween weekend there. Pleasant little park.
