Inverter/charger repair

I live in northeast Ohio. Does anyone know of a repair shop for my Magnum ME2012 inverter/charger? Thanks.

Can you even find a TV Repair today? Maybe a TV/ Computer shop would be worth a few phone calls for inquiry or even just a referral?

The video is a little deep. But I think I will pull the unit out and pull the cover to test any overload or fuse protection. I might get luck. I am due.

First place I would check with is the manufacturer. They would have all the parts and test facilities for their own stuff.

Well, I called a technician in Tennessee. He quickly walked me though some troubleshooting steps. He sermized that my unit was faulty and needed to be sent for repair. This was an authorized Magnum service center. He told me it could cost me about $500+. I understand that an on the phone troubleshooting session is a shot in the dark. That being the case, I removed the unit for a test on the bench. I removed the cover and provided 120 vac power to it. At the DC output terminals I read 11.4 vdc. I attached a 12 v spotlight to it and the output voltage dropped to 10 v. I tapped on the unit in various spots. The output voltage climbed to 14.5. Normal output voltage. I discovered some apparently bad connections from the output of the transformer to the board it is connected to. I installed it back in the rv and it is cycling normally. Miracles never cease! Thanks everyone!

Yup, I did see a youtube on old CONVERTER/ CHARGERS, guy said common for overloaded old units to melt a solder joint on the circuit board if overloaded, and a simple solder repair. Thanks for update :-)
