King Philip's campground

looking to spend 3 nights in Lake George NY with a 27 foot TT and 2 small dogs.
This will be our 2nd time out ever in a TT and are looking for a safe and friendly campground with easy access for our trailer as we are not experienced in parking. I realize it's short notice but we are looking for next friday to monday and a lot of campgrounds are either closed for the season or booked up. I don't want to short change ourselves with a less than desirable campground just for the sake of going.
I found this King Philips campground in Lake George and it looks good.
Does anyone know about it?
or have other recommendations?
thanks

Brigitte

A dozen or so of us old coots had a little get together there a year ago. It is an ok C/G with friendly staff. No one laughed very loud when I backed our rig in. If you need some practice set up some cones in an empty parking lot and work on it.
