Planning for the weather

How do you plan a trip with the crazy weather we have now across the whole country??

Plan for the worst, hope for the best. If necessary, drop the rig at a rv park plugged into at least 30A for heat and go home in toad. Come back and get it another sunny day.

Just plan the trip and make adjustments along the way if needed. If I encounter really bad weather along the way that I rather not navigate, I hang out in a truck stop until the weather passes. I don't like setting up or breaking down in the rain, so I may call the campground and let them know I will be a day late, or if Heading home, I may leave the campground a day early.
