Great looking place Al and some nice photography there Lenny! We are really looking forward to this rally. We somehow ended up in VT once when leaving Fort Ticonderoga but this will be our first intentional visit to Vermont.

Getting close to deadline for reservations

This is for the group that has signed up.

Due to the fact we only have 15 rigs signed up the quoted prices may change.

I'm not sure yet what the cost will be. We have until the 15th of this month but I really don't expect any more sign ups. The rates quoted requried 20 at least. With the size of our group and the central location I didn't think that would be a problem. I guess I was wrong. The fallout from the spring must have done more damage than I would have ever expected from this group. Moving forward was my goal and that is what we will continue to do. I am sorry we will not unite the group but as some said it is going in different directions and that is ok too. We have met great people from here and will continue to camp together. A pirates heart I have and the Jolly Roger is flying high. ARRRRRR

I will update the prices after the 15th.

Camp on and enjoy the rest of the summer.

Al

We'll be signing up today, as far as prices go most KOA's have hit the roof for pricing as everyone else has, including all our hidden tax's.
As I see it only one site near group left so have to give a call now.
We'll be on site # C38. Thursday thru Monday
How many days left?

Al
This is a good amount of people this far in advance. It is still a distance for some, so not all may be able to make it, and some may just not know their plans yet. You have a nice mixture of young and old (me being one of the young ones, of course LOL). It's shaping up to be a great rally, and one I'm looking forward to. We started out originally with about a dozen, and didn't go much over that the first few years, and so you are past that amount already. Don't worry about the numbers, just think about the fun we'll have.

Hey Al, you are doing a great job. If you look back at some of the previous rally threads you will see that some people will sign up all the way to the week before. I really don't think it has anything to do with the past. It's just the nature of the beast and how peoples busy lives unfold. I'm really looking forward to the spring rally. It looks like a great group of people and I know more will sign up. The savings of a few dollars for an early sign up is nice but certainly not the end of camping! (LOL)

Thumbs up Still a Good Turn Out !!

Hi All ,

Hey AL,

I think Doris and Lynn hit the nail on the head with Distance, Timing and Not sure that far ahead & last minute signe ups! Like Doris & Gil, MikeT & Mo, I to am here from the start and remember when 8 -10 rigs was a wow what a good turnout !! So I also don't think it has anything to do with the past spring rally!! So with that said the only thing left is!!!

See you all in about 282 more days !!!!

You guys are right, I'm sure my over reaction has to do with wanting to book the whole campground for ourselves. I'm over it.

See you all in the spring.
