Dump station

Try Pine Cone campground in Howell, NJ. It's not too far off I-195. It's open year round.

I too use a macerator pump with a 100' 3/4" hose stuck in to a toilet. I go to an event here in New Hampshire in October and all the campgrounds any where near me are closed, nearest municipal waste treatment plant that does it is 15 or 20 miles away.

Be having the pump here I'm able to take my time and rinse the tank with my wand.

military ID?

Navy MWR Earle in Colts Neck has inexpensive RV sites with waste hookups but one must have a military ID to get in. Open through November 15.
See navymwrearle.com. Good luck!

The OP himself discussed Turkey Swamp: "Turkey Swamp closes theirs for the winter. (We've tried there before.)"

I already suggested that one upthread, based on a listing at sanidumps.com, which says it's for registered guests only. Do you have information indicating they allow non-guests to dump (presumably for a fee)?

Although it may take a little research, some municipalities may offer dumping at the sewer treatment facilities. These are likely not on the typical maps. We have one in North Andover, MA. It is easy in and out and free for non-commercial RV's.

We used to be able to use our local treatment facility, but they discontinued the service after 9/11. We've tried other treatment facilities, but haven't found one that will accept non-residents of that community.

We've used Turkey Swamp in warmer weather, but they close the dump station before Turkey Derby.

Call campingworld at lakewood. They may allow it. I also found that a number of waste treatment centers allow it. See if any in the area and give them a call or check out their web site.

How do you use it? On the map, it shows only three dump stations in New Jersey, but in the list by state, it shows a few more. I wonder why there's a discrepancy. Do you rely on the map or on the list?

Regardless, none of them are anywhere near where the OP helpfully said he will be.

And you said you needed it Thanksgiving weekend, which is after November 15.

The burning question for me, at this point, is how many more people are going to suggest calling around to find a wastewater treatment plant?

The list includes dump stations travelers have found and added themselves, but those places are not included on the map because they have not been verified.
