I've already located a few inspectors. It was suggested in another thread to post the question so I did. There is no obligation but before I spend $1000 on an inspector, just wanted to get an unbiased initial opinion other than the salesperson - you know what I mean? Thank you for the links. That is the same resource in which I found the inspectors from.
