20th Anniversary Covid-19 Protocol

RALLY PROTOCOL

We are so excited to be able to host our 20th Anniversary Rally and want to assure all attendees that
EVERY MEASURE
will be set in place to ensure the health and safety of all the attendees.

Regardless of your personal views and practices, we insist that the guidelines and protocol be strictly adhered to when we are together in a group setting.

Please bring your personal stash of masks, gloves and sanitizer,
but the club will also be providing the following:

SANITIZER
at all entrance and exits
at all the tables and in the kitchen
cleaners for kitchen clean up

DISPOSABLE GLOVES
to be worn by anyone prepping or cooking food for the meals
those who will be serving food at several of the meals
those who are meal hosts or on the clean up crews.

DISPOSABLE FACE MASKS
provided if anyone needs an extra to be worn especially around the food prep and serving areas as well as the kitchen area.

TABLE SET UP
The rally hall will be set up to practice social distancing with no more than 6 per table and there is more than enough room in the hall that tables will be 6 feet apart.
Each table is responsible clean up and sanitize after each meal.

SAFETY FIRST!
If we all follow the rules, we will have a wonderful rally, enjoy getting to see our friends and meet new ones, participate in all the activities
and we all can go home healthy!!!!
