SITE INFORMATION
All
No need to call the park to reserve a site – sign up below
All sites are 30/50 amps and there will be no site assignments.
Upon arrival, find your spot and set up.
Please leave at least 4 sites directly in front of the rally hall
open/available for those handicap issues!
SITE FEES
COST: $24 per night if paid in cash or $26 per night if paid by check.
Mike Brown will collect your site fees on Friday evening
and turn funds in to the office at one time on Saturday.

ACTIVITIES
ANNUAL DAV CHRISTMAS PROJECT
Each year since 2011, we have adopted a project to contribute to during the holiday season. In 2014, we adopted the DAV Kel-Lac Chapter 114 in Helotes, Texas as an ongoing annual project to help veterans and their families across the state of Texas to have a brighter Christmas season and new year.
Our DAV Christmas tree will be set up again this year in the rally hall and everyone who would like to contribute to this worthy cause may bring cash, check (payable to DAV Kel-Lac 114)
or a gift card from Wal-Mart, Target or HEB to place on the Christmas Tree.
(since these stores are most accessible across the state)
The amount is your blessing to this project and will be sent directly to
Cmdr Louis Cortes of the DAV chapter in Helotes in time for Christmas.
RIG DECORATING CONTEST
We have decided to cancel this contest due to the fact there is no one on staff at the park office available to judge the decos!
UGLIEST T-SHIRT, PAJAMAS, SWEATER OR OUTFIT CONTEST
We all have one of the above, so drag it out of the closet and wear to the supper on
Friday night.
Of course the winner will receive a special prize appropriate for the occasion!
ANNUAL CHRISTMAS PARTY
The annual event will take place after the traditional Christmas meal on Saturday evening.
Bring a wrapped gift ($8-10) for each person participating in the exchange.
Special Note:
This is an exchange for our RV family members and a good rule of thumb is if you like it,
the recipient will as well!
GAMES – VISITING – CAMPFIRE THROUGHOUT THE WEEKEND
Bellville will be hosting their “Market Days” around the square on Saturday
ON SITE RV TECHNICIAN
A separate thread will be posted soon with detailed information on a local mobile RV Tech who will be coming to the park to work on rigs that need minor repairs. Please read the entire thread when posted to sign up for his services (there is a cost involved)

Taco Soup provided by the club – Sign up for sides and desserts: UPDATE...the club will provide the soup, condiments, salad and dessert. No need to sign up to bring sides and desserts
