We had contracted with the park for 25 sites. The park told me that would not be a problem and in fact they would probably give us more if needed. To date only 19 rigs have responded to this thread indicating they had made reservations.
I talked to the park this afternoon and was told the boomers had made 22 reservations to date and that the park was totally full. Evidently the park did not honor our reservation and gave sites to any and all that called to make a reservation.
I was also told the park had started a waiting list in case of cancellations so that is the best that can be done at this time. Some other folks are looking for other parks in the area to stay and commute to the rally. This might be an option to explore.
Wish I had a better answer but this park has done this to us before.
