Fall Rally Wrap Up

Many thanks to the Kingsley's and Mills for hosting yet again another great Boomer's rally at Johnson Creek RV in Ingram.

We enjoyed some nice weather, good friends, good food and good times during the rally.

From the hamburgers outdoors by the early early birds on Tuesday night, to the Wed night dining at Billie Gene's, to hotdog night on Thursday, to the puppy parade Friday afternoon, to the pioneer days fried chicken dinner Sat night with the 50/50 pot drawing won by Jim Roberts and the beautiful quilt, made by Suzy Barham, being won by Barbara Derringer, it was all in all a wonderful rally.

We also enjoy visits from Sandy Creekmore and Mary Palmer who sat down to relive old times with the boomers and we welcomed newcomer Mary Hollis from Georgetown. We really enjoyed the Western Town Rally Hall where many participated in various card games, Pegs and Jokers, Mexican Train, and of course Texas Holdem.

Once again thanks to the rally hosts for putting on an excellent rally.
