Unhappy Hanging up the keys

As much as I hate to post this, I guess I must.

After 45 years of owning an RV (28 for me) we have decided it is time to hang up the keys. Jerry is having some health issues. They are not life threatening, but definitely lifestyle altering. He is not comfortable driving the bus. It is on consignment--a deposit has been made but we don't have any money yet. We considered getting a smaller unit and I would start driving again, but after all the stress I have been through the past 3 years, I just don't feel comfortable doing it.

Since a motorhome is required for us to live at Buckhorn Lake Resort, this means that we will be moving. We have chosen a 55+ apartment in Flower Mound which is north of Fort Worth. After losing both my kids, I feel very strongly that I need to be near the grands and great-grands.

Plans at this time are to make the move on Jan. 5. Our casita at BLR has not sold, so we will be back occasionally until it does. If there is ever a rally close, we would to drive out and meet and visit.

Phone numbers and email will stay the same. If you are ever in the area, let us know so we can visit!!! Or, if anyone lives nearby, let us know!

In the meantime, please keep us in your prayers. This has been such a difficult decision and a huge lifestyle change!!!

Love you all

Jerry & Jurhee Ivy Clary & Roxy!!

Boy I'll bet.

You sure did have a lot years that you enjoyed, explored and will remember.

Good luck to you both.
