It's finally official

Well guys, we, after 2 failed attempts are finally land owners in TEXAS. We closed on the property we bought in Pipe Creek yesterday, house plans are in work and we will start build most likely in October. As soon as the house is done, we will be moving out there, so we hope to be seeing more of all the Boomers next year.

We had such a great time at the Memorial Day rally and y'all made us feel so welcome and at home.

Very possible, I'm thinking about it and the a trip out to Texas to check on the house project.

Did you send in your "Entry Fee for Residency"? Coming from California, the entry fee is $50,000.00. Contact me and I'll send you the application and where to send your check.

Dennis, don't forget your passport. Must be shown at Port of Entry. After all Texas is "A whole other country".

You're going to need one of those bumper stickers that says, "I wasn't born in Texas, but I got here as fast as I could."
