MEALS - Christmas in The Hill Country Rally

MEAL INFORMATION - don't forget plates & silverware!

BYOB (bring your own beverage of choice) to all meals.
Please bring all your tableservice (plates, napkins, etc.).
Bring your dishes to the Rally Hall 30 mins. before
meal time so we can set up and eat on time.


Thursday (early arrivals)
6:00 PM in the Rally Hall


Sandwiches
1. pimento cheese sandwiches - Spade
2. chicken wraps - Creekmore
3. chicken salad - Lovitt
4. tuna sandwiches - Shodrock
5. egg salad sandwiches - Smith

Thursday- Kettle Corn for a pre-snack

Friday - Tex-Mex Cornbread and rice (for those that do not know how to eat chili)

Saturday Breakfast - mixed fruits.

Saturday dinner - Candies yams with jalapenos...NO marshmallows allowed near them.

Friday night, - chocolate cake
Saturday morning - scrambled eggs
Saturday night - Corn Casserole (I cannot spell)

If by some chance we are able to get there on Thursday night, I will bring popcorn.

I think we have enough hams for now - can I put you down for a turkey? Just buy ahead of time and completely thaw and bring to the rally hall.

We are going to cook the turkey and hams in the rally hall since we have two kitchens and two ovens.

Fri. George's Chilie, Sat. Little Sausage Skillet & Rolls, Sat. Nite, Candied Yams Cassole, donate 1 raw turkey and 1 large Roaster to ralley hall.
