Thanks, Maggie, but I won't be able to attend this rally. My daughter has a class to attend in Brownsville on Aug. 30 so we are headed down there for a week. Hope everyone has a great time at the rally!

Question regarding Sunday night meal

How does the cook on the grill work? Do we bring our grill? Do we grill at our rig and bring the cooked item? Do we bring enough just for ourselves? Just want to make sure since we haven't done this before. Was thinking about grilling hamburgers. Lorine

Since the grill is Don Allen's department I have forwarded your message to him for a correct response. You should have an answer soon.

Hi Lorine. We will fire up a few grills at the rally hall and everyone brings their own meat that they want to grill just for themselves on the grills provided and a small side dish to share pot luck fashion. Then we eat dinner sharing the small sides that everyone brings along with our personally grilled meat. Hope this answers your concerns. If not just ask and we will try to explain.
