Memorial Day Rally Meals and Activities

NOTE: The schedule is subject to change.
Meal Signups will be posted on a different thread.
Please do not reply to this post. It is for information only.
Please bring your own tableware, beverages to each meal
and for the potlucks, enough food to share with 10 - 12 people.

Thursday - May 27th
6:00 PM - Early Birds no sign up potluck
We're gonna eat whut we bring!

7:30 PM Memorial Day Bean Bag
Baseball Tournament Double Header
Ice cream for everyone after the bean baseball games.

Games of choice in the rally hall

Friday – May 28th
Rally Hall Open during the day for games visiting etc.

6:00 PM – Meet and greet potluck
Introduction of our new folks.
Bring snacks, sanwiches, salads, soups, desserts
or any other light fare to share

7:30 PM Texas Boomers Music Awards Show
In the Boomers Bandera Hall Nightclub,
hosted by Pad Braisley and Wretched Gilson.
Free drinks at the bar and a fun filled night of
singing, dancing, costumes, and comedy.
Dress - Country and Western

Saturday – May 29th
9:00 AM – Pancakes provided
Bring a breakfast side of meat, eggs, etc. to share

11:00 AM – Annual Texas Hold-Em Tournament Start

1:00 PM – Games of choice in the Rally Hall

6:00 PM – Chili Dogs provided
Bring side dishes to share
Games of choice in the Rally Hall

7:00 PM line dancing in the
Texas Boomers Bandera Hall Nightclub

Sunday – May 30th
9:00 AM – Potluck Breakfast
Bring a breakfast side of meat, eggs, etc. to share
Followed immediately by the Memorial Day Tribute

1:00 PM - CPR Training Class taught by Rod Jensen, certified instructor
sign up will be posted for those who want to attend

6:00 PM Pot Luck Supper
Sign up to bring your favorite dish to share.

7:00 PM Dessert provided by the club
Games of choice in the Rally Hall

Monday – Memorial Day - May 31st
9:00 AM – Continental breakfast potluck
Sign up to bring light breakfast items

11:00 AM - Continue Texas Holdem Tournament if necessary
Games of choice in the Rally Hall all day

6:00 PM - (H)eat up the leftovers
