Oh wow! We just secured our full time spot there, we move in on May 6th. We are not part of the "Texas Boomers", but do you mind if we join in? Robbie and Amy Harper.
A little background - We currently live in Dallas, but are looking for land in Johnson City or the surrounding area. Since we are down there all the time, we are moving our RV from our house to Miller Creek. Our house here goes on the market in a few weeks, and given all our trips down there, plus the fact we are about to sell our house, it made sense for us to go ahead and move the RV to JC. Most likely, we will be building our new home, so we needed somewhere nearby to stay during the build, at least until the "barndominium" portion is up with the RV inside.

Absolutely come on over and join in the fun at the rally hall all weekend. Since you will be there already I won't be listing you in one of our 25 reserved sites but will put you down as attending the rally.
We like to say you are a stranger to the Boomers but once and we would love to welcome you to join our group after you visit with us over the Memorial Day weekend.
