Mike and I are headed NW in May. Been before but looking for interesting places to see...especially around Spokane and surrounding area. Picking up granddaughter.

If you are going to be in the Spokane area check out the Idaho panhandle. Not sure what you like but Priest Lake, Sandpoint, and Coeur d’Alene lake are all beautiful.
