Sittting here at MD Anderson

I'm sitting in the surgical waiting room at MD Anderson waiting for Tre to get out of surgery. She is having a pulmonary nodule removed from her right lung. The surgeon began at 1:35 and should take 2 to 3 hours. My first report is that surgery is proceeding well. I will get another update around 4 if surgery is not finished. I will update later.

Out of surgery at 5:30. tumor was malignant, but he got it all with clean margins. She tolerated the surgery quite well. Should be able to go home Mon. Surgeon did not think radiation or chemo would be required.

Give Tre our Love and so glad it went as we all hoped it would. Tell her I said I hope the surgery would not interfere anyway with lifting a red solo cup every now and then.
