Sand we will be happy to move to a 30 amp site if it will free up our 50 amp site for someone on the waiting list needing 50A.

Sandy,
Patsy and Brian McKibbin are going to have to cancel out. We went Saturday to check on our trailer and when we got to the storage lot our spot was empty. We have no trailer to stay in. We will come up for the day Saturday and bring the breakfast and dinner stuff so we can visit. We will have to wait on the insurance to see what they are going to do before we can replace it. Sorry for the late notice.

That is absolutely incredible. So sorry to hear that kinda bad news. Hope you get it settled with your insurance to your benefit soon. Also hope they catch the SOB's that took it and put them under the jail. I would think the storage facility would also have some liability in this case as well.

No, the storage facility has no liability. In all the papers that were signed when the space was leased there is specific wording that the storage company has NO liability. I worked for a storage company for 15 years and have a lot of experience with contents or vehicles that went missing.

Barbara is correct. When you sign the lease agreement you state that the company is not responsible for any loss or damage. In fact the lot that we leased from required that you have insurance to cover your property. The problem I am having is with the contents. They are covered by my homeowners insurance and the deductible is 1% of the replacement value of my home. OUCH!
