Tejas Valley RV Park, 13080 Pontranco, San Antonio?

Considering staying here for Christmas Holiday. Anyone have any experience here?

I am visiting family/friends that live just 5 miles east of here and am not going to have a towed vehicle. I tried the Blazing Star Luxury RV park, which is very close to their house too, but it's too expensive at 60-70 a night....

geeezzzzz.... Rusty gets the "points" when I post under his login!

The Texas Boomers have hosted a rally there years ago and it is a nice enough park for your purposes this coming weekend. It's an older (rustic) park and doesn't have a lot of amenities regarding the rig sites, but the staff was very accomodating, friendly and helpful. I don't know if they are all still there as its been about 8 years since we were there.

The site rates are reasonable and they do have an exercise room, rally hall and laundry room that was nice. I don't remember if they have picnic tables, etc or not at each site, but I do remember that the sites are not level at all. We just put an extra board under the tires and had a great weekend.

Have fun on your trip
Sandy

I'm not going to be taking the motorhome after all. Will take the car and the kids and we will stay at their house in San Antonio.

Sorry for the confusion Don, I was just asking about that CG on Potranco if anyone had had any experience with them.
