Updates – Clarifications – Corrections

1. Potluck Meals – No meal signup for all potluck meals. Potluck - true to its’ name.

a. Wednesday - 5:30 PM Frightfully-Good Meal - Potluck - Soups, sandwiches, salads, plus delicious desserts;

b. Friday - 5:30 PM - Halloween Potluck Dinner. Halloween Main Dishes Click Here for idea starters; 30s Scrumptious Halloween Appetizers;

c. Saturday - 9:00 AM – Traditional Potluck Breakfast – Coffee provided

2. Thursday Night - Homemade Tamales – Suggestions for side dishes:
a. Chips;
b. Dips;
c. Pinto Beans;
d. Slaw;
e. Potato Salad;
f. Rice;
g. Avocado Salad;
h. Corn;
i. Sauces
i. Ranchero Sauce
ii. Double-Chili Sauce
iii. Guacamole Sauce

3. The costumes are provided for the Halloween Contest. You don’t need to purchase anything - only bring your creativity.

4. The leftovers pies, from the Pie-Fest on Friday, will be used as desserts for the 5:30 main meal - Yummy Garbage Can Dinner. If you would like to bring Scrumptious Halloween Appetizers, please do. You would be a superhero.

Some of you may have not participated in our FUN raiser "Chinese" auction before, so here are a few details.

We ask each person attending the rally to bring a wrapped "gift". It can be a white elephant, homemade, a gag, brand new, nice, ugly, useful or totally useless, it's your choice. You can wrap it in brown paper, nice gift wrap, a paper or plastic bag, a tow sack, or whatever just as long as the contents are hidden. It being Halloween, that might be the wrapping chose.

On auction night, each gift will be auctioned off to the highest bidder and the proceeds go to the club's operating fund.
