We don't but close friends that we have camped with did buy a new one 3 years ago. They really like it. Looks to be very well made.

Matter of fact, wife and I are thinking of downsizing to one from our 28' 5th wheel

10ish years ago went rented a couple of different times. They seemed to stand up to the rentals very well.

After a few days of sitting inside watching it rain, that 17' would get pretty small to me. Also, I simply don't care for their bathroom arrangement at all.

I bought a 21' tandem axle trailer that I'm so pleased with. It has it's own bathroom with a large walk in shower and ample room in the rest. I bought my trailer at two years old for half of what a Casita costs.

Casita Trailer

Former Casita owner here....we had a 2007 17 foot Spirit Deluxe. So what are your concerns? We put 45,000 miles in four years on ours including an 89 day trip to Alaska. No major problems. Sold it for what we paid for it.

There are lots of different fiberglass trailers. Some people use the name Casita as a generic, but there are Casita, Bigfoot, Trillium, Escape, Oliver, and a whole bunch more plus a number of out of production brands, such as Boler and U-Haul.

iRV2 is a RV Life Forum and a sister forum to this is the Fiberglass RV forum

The same log in you use here will get you in there too. You will find lots of helpful people and information on all types of Fiberglass trailers, be they 25 ft Bigfoots or 13 ft Trilliums.

I'm looking at these as well, and right now they're incredibly hard to get. Escape is more than a year out on production, Oliver seems to be the same (and is twice the price), and my heartache with Casita is they're simply too small for us. I'd love to have an Escape 21NE but good luck finding one.
