Front Storage leak - Wood Rotten

The fiberglass leading to the piano hinge on top of the front storage unit of my 2004 fleetwood pop up is split. It has been leaking along with the seal to the side door for some time. The side access door is all rotten on the left. The back wall is rotten from the split above as well as the right wall by the water heater is rotten. It looks difficult to replace to me. Just getting to the rotten wood. Is this better a specialist repair?

Popuportal is the place to go for this one too.
Some people just remove the factory storage box and recover the front of the camper box. That open space on the frame can be use for carrying storage totes or some other kind of cargo box.
