Goshen spring replacement

Hey, all. Brand spanking new owner of a 2016 Rockwood highwall pop up. Purchased from Camping World and found, after paying and signing, while meeting them out back to trailer up, that their techs over cranked the roof system and snapped the spring to the back right corner. 🤦🏽*♀️ They tried being hard a$$es about it and said they wouldn't fix it, then offered $1000 bucks off but we don't know how to replace it. I am coming up empty handed on YouTube and Google. Does anyone have any experience here? HAAAAAALP!!!? 😭😭😭😭😭
