How old is the unit, how many miles since last repack? If you do not know and it has not been done by you or someone your paid to do it, could not hurt!

I do mine every 2 years on my hybrid trailer. When I owned my Coleman pop-up I also re-packed them every other year.

One small tid-bit. About 8 years back, my brother had a 77' pop-up. I had asked him if he re-packed his bearings since he bought it. He said it's been going fine all this time without it, "If it is not broke don't fix it". Well, shortly after he said that, on the highway, the whole axle came off the trailer. I mean axle, tire, hub everything. If he had not been towing it with a large Dodge Ram pick-up he might have over-turned. He ended up flat-bedding the trailer..$$$$
