Turtling in an R-Vision Bantam Trail Lite B19

Hello! Can anyone provide any advice on how to get the front bunk end to fold in neatly on this model? I plan to use it during the winter and would like to leave the bunk ends folded in as it will just be me in the camper. However, when I fold in the front bunk the canvas hangs down into the dinette and sofa area. I know there must be a way to resolve this but I have not been able to figure it out yet. The lady I bought the camper from never turtled in it so she did not know. Please help.

A friend pf mine just used some big plastic spring clamps he got from Harbor Freight to pull up the slack in his pop up.
