Weight distribution hitch or airbags

Hello,
My jeep tows pretty well but bounces around when I hit a bump. I was thinking of going with air bags that go in the existing springs. Am I comparing 2 different products with 2 different uses? What do you think would be the best for this issue. Once connected the Jeep only sags about 2".

Once again, thanks for your help

I recommend a WDH; properly set-up there will be very little "bounce". The air-assist bags will help support the rear of your Jeep but does nothing to distribute tongue weight, it will remain on the rear axle.

Thank you. I did some looking online. Can you recommend a good WDH for the money? There are so many different ones. I am new to this so I really don't know much about them.

Thanks

With a smaller trailer like yours, you might like an Andersen No-Sway. Instead of spring bars, it uses tensioned chains to distribute the weight and smooth the ride. It also has built-in sway control, which is an added safety measure. I personally found the chains easier to store when not in use.

Other than that, there are good quality units that don't cost as much. Husky, Eaz-Lift, and Fastway E2 are all pretty good IMO (the Fastway provides sway control too).
