I am still looking for others with floor problems on the Safari Simba, Monaco Monarch, and the Holiday Rambler Admirals.

There is definitely a problem with these coaches now that certain floor supports have been removed to make the coach lighter for 2005. My wife Holly and I purchased a 05 Holiday Rambler Admiral 36 ft and noticed a weak area in the floor after delivery. Now in addition to that the entire floor area by the kitchen is being raised up more and more each time we use it. We are very disappointed considering we've only owned the coach for six months and have only used it once per month. So far Monaco Corporation has not been helpful to our situation even though I have heard they offer great customer service.

This is my second posting to look for others that have had this happen. Thank you to those of you who have responded to my first posting. I greatly appreciate all the support I have received!

Thank you again for your help. E-mail me at rjwild@juno.com

Hi,
We just bought a Monaco 05 Windsor after the new 2004 Diplomat, we also bought new, leaked like a sieve!!
We too have encountered weak places in the floor and problems in our kitchen slide. The cabinets are breaking away from the wall.
After we got home from a 6wk trip, we took it to the dealer, also located in GA, on Sept. 5th 2005 and it is still there, unfixed. But, if you are expecting Monaco Corp. to be all warm and fuzzy, forget it!!
If you want to email me, I will be glad to give you details. I am looking for others having problems with their Monaco, HR, or Beaver. Especially, concerning service and warranty work while at their own dealer or on the road at other dealers where you are not their "BUYERS."
I INVITE ALL INTERESTED PARTIES TO EMAIL ME!!! Some of you I have already talked with know what I am talking about and also about the recent "memos" that have gone out to dealers. Helps to have "friends" within the corp. itself.
