12v interior lighting problems Dutch star 2001

Just got back from a lengthy road trip and now the 12v interior lights won't work as well as the battery disconnect panel. Started at the batteries, they are good, inverter is good, all fuses are good, not sure what the problem is now.

Plugs work when the inverter is on, but no interior lights.

Any ideas?

First I'd check to be sure I had 12v at the fuse panel, and ground. Then I would check for same at the light fixture. Some, maybe all of your switches could be double switched. For instance a wall switch and a switch at the fixture.

The 120ACV output of the inverter has nothing to do with the 12VDC powered interior lights.

There are double switches but none of the compartment 12v lights work at all. I will run a ,enter at the fuel panel and see what's happening there.

Thanks

Double check your 12 volt disconnect switch (salesman switch). If it's on go to the solenoid that switch controls.
