You need to jack up each wheel and see which one is not releasing. It's most likely a sticking caliper or a bad brake hose.
One of those vacuum lines looks like it goes to the cabin for the climate control system.

The last pix is of the air conditioner reciever/dryer. The one above is the heater fan speed resistor.
Next 2 are vacuum chambers for the heat- A/C systems.
Nothing to do with brakes.
Have you confirmed the bellcrank, I marked in your other post, is moving freely.

The 2 wires in the first picture are probably for an electric cooling fan. The round ball in the second picture is a vacuum reserve canister . The other item is an actuator for your climate control. The third picture is a broken vacuum line for your climate control . The fourth is the resistor bank for the speeds on your blower motor. The fifth is possibly a high pressure switch on your air conditioner which turns on the auxillary electric cooling fan when the high side pressure gets above the switch setting.
None of this stuff has anything to do with your brakes. Check to make sure your brake pedal is returning and lubricate all the moving points on the linkage. The only way to determine which brake(s) are sticking is to jack up each wheel and turn it. For the rear wheels , you will have to have the transmission in neutral ,with the parking brake off and the engine may have to be running if you have an "autopark" brake . Make sure you chock all the wheels that are on the ground to prevent the motorhome from moving. If all the wheels are impossible to move , you may have a problem with the master cylinder od brake pedal linkage.

It looks like the bellcrank bolt is very loose. You talking about this thing. Look at attachment photo.

That's a heater temp control valve.
The belcrank is along the red line.

Seems like I remember the p30s having a electric brake on drive shaft that was prone to sticking that engages when put into park.

Here is a test. Drive the RV and stop with the brakes.
If they are stuck on or dragging. Put your foot under the pedal and pull up on it.
If the brakes release. It's that bekcrank shaft and bushings that are binding up. They need some lube.

The 2nd PIC ball on right is VACUUM RESERVOIR for dash controls of heat/air. The 4th PIC looks like the RESISTOR PACK for the heater/air dash blower to select SPEED; 5th PIC SWITCH looks like A/C high pressure SAFETY SWITCH to disconnect compressor and prevent damage if pressure too high.

It's not the bellcrank. My brake goes back to place. I have to push the brakes all the way down for it to break. I'm planning to replace all the calipers, brake pads, hoses and rotors. I have a feeling that it's all going to be pointless. I have a wooden barrier in front of the motor under the hood.
