8 volts with chassis batteries disconnected .
Sorry I missed this the day you posted .

A note from my first owning my coach , I'd get erratic voltage readings at my lighter socket and it wouldn't power anything that was plugged into it .

Turned out a factory installed , chassis battery maintainer solar panel , was back feeding voltage ( at very low amps ) to the dash socket and the fuse was just blown.

I'll look over the pictures you've posted and see if I can spot anything that's possibly wrong.

Thanks for your help and I suppose the pictures could be better. Is the solar panel charger the heart interface module to the left of the solenoid or the module to the right which is blurry. It has photovoltaic charging printed on it and the led is lit so I would assume that's what you're talking about. The terminals are corroded a bit. The 7.5 amp fuse is good though. I haven't had time to deal with this issue fully as I've had other problems. I'm going to have to trace some wires I'm sure. Mainly the black and the white 16 or 14 gauge in the battery box. I know the blown 10 amp in the transmission relay box was an issue. Do you think I should just unhook the solar panel charger? Could this also attribute to the no start problem? Thanks for your help.
