2004 Fleetwood Providence Dash Removal for Weldex Monitor Removal

I have a Weldex WDRV-3007M B&W Monitor that I need to remove to check connections and troubleshoot. Does anyone have any recommendations how to get it out or get the dash apart to remove it or check the back connections or know where the ground is on the chassis of a 2004 Fleetwood Providence? I have removed all the screws around the engine instruments already. I see a couple caps on some screws for the curved part of the dash where the heat/AC vents are placed. Seems as if the dash part above the monitor and engine instruments should come off but still seems pretty tight now and I don't want to break anything by forcing it. I have called Fleetwood twice already and they have not returned my calls. They have been pretty helpful in the past and I hope this is not a new trend, so I am seeking some assistance from some fellow RV'rs.

I talked with Tim at RV Cams and he recommends checking the ground as that seems to be the culprit on a lot of cases.
