2004 Itasca 35U -Prosine Inverter / Charger Problem
First time posting here....desperate for help.
I have a 2004 Itasca Suncruiser 35 U
Prosine Inverter / Charger unit. It is attached to the top of my compartment just to the left of the entry steps.
Inside the MH as you walk up the steps, there is a Prosine information panel.

There is a fault light that is constant red
The warning light is blinking and has an audible sound to it
I have checked the inverter and it has 12V plus coming in
and
120 out
I have tried unplugging everything and disconnecting my 30amp plug in from my house.
Tried resetting the reset button and have even held it in for over 10 seconds.
There seems to be no fuse to check out in the compartment where the Inverter / Charger is located.
There is a phone (snap in) which serves as communication from the inverter to the info panel inside. I have to unplug this to eliminate the audible sound and the lights.
No matter what I try to do, I cannot reset this nor do I have any idea as to what to do next here.
If there is ANYONE who might be able to help me with this, I would greatly appreciate it.
