2017 Entegra Anthem
Two days ago, I went to my coach to prepare for a trip.
the house switch was left on, and the house batteries were dead.
I could not unlock the doors with the fob, so I used my key.
As soon as I opened the door the alarm went off.
Started the engine but couldn't get the alarm off. Called Entegra and was told to hold down the battery boost to start the generator (I have done this before)
Great! generator and engine running. Alarm still going off. now was told to go to the Tri mark box in the dash. Push the plunger 3 times and press the unlock button on the key fob. All good, stayed in the coach for approximately 90 minutes with everything running.
Returned yesterday to check everything. Now engine is dead. generator starts up perfectly. Checked engine batteries, 6 years old, pulled them and had a load test put on them. Both batteries showed bad although the Vegatouch told me they were at 12.6 volts. put two new batteries in and still dead. What is my next move?
