"303" R.V. Wash and Seal

Has anyone used "303 R.V. Wash and Seal"? I have a 2016 Winnebago Minnie Winnie 22R and my roof looks a little "dry". Feedback on this product or other recommendations for cleaning and maintaining my roof. I don't believe it is a rubber type roof.

I've used 303 RV Wash & Seal, and it works great on the side walls. I have a TPO roof, so I didn't use it up there, because you really don't need to use any products on the rubber roofs IMO. I just clean it occasionally with a power washer.

By the way 303 Black Streak Remover works really well too. I had black streaks on my cabover area, where there's no gutter, and I couldn't get them off with anything. The 303 black streak remover just melted them right off. Just spray it on, let it sit for a minute or two, then wipe off the streaks.

If it is anything like the original 303 cleaner/conditioner, it is good stuff. I have used 303 on various "rubber" rafts for many years.
