The P30 coaches had a variety of brake options over the years, this included front disk and rear drum brakes, as well as disk all around, the disk could be either single or dual piston caliper style, which one do you have?

In addition to Isaac-1 advice -
1. Buy new front and rear rubber hoses for the coach
2. Buy 2-3 quarts of brake fluid (I believe DOT3 but confirm for you system)
3. Strongly consider getting replacement rebuilt or new disc calipers and wheel cylinders (if used). Same for your mMaster Cylinder.
4. Replace everything mentioned above, then using the brake fluid, flush and bleed the hydraulic brake system until the fluid runs clear.
5. Drive the coach to allow the brake system to heat up, then bleed the brakes again.

I agree, also polish and lubricate the caliper slides with brake caliper grease. Rebuilt calipers for these can be bought online (amazon, etc.) for under $100 each for the dual piston style, and under $70 for the single piston.
See this video for a walk through of the process

My 4th of July weekend project was replace the front brake hoses and calipers. You can get reman calipers for 25-50 plus the refundable core fee. Hoses run around 15 each. Pads? 30-50. You'll need a quart of DOT3 fluid to flush the system.
Hoses are notorious for causing sticking brakes, esp once they reach the ten year mark. Your brake parts are close to 40 years old. Just get it done.

Rock Auto has front rotor assemblies for under 100. Add a couple bucks for bearings and seals.

If it is the same as my 2002 model you will need:
CR Oil seal 21294 or equivalent
If you want to replace the bearings they are
Timken bearing set 045
Timken bearing set 251 (also listed as GM 457043)

Do yourself and Fiancé a favor and follow the advise given in Post #3. Anything less will give problems at some point. One brake failure could ruin your day or worse. That's just the start to get an older RV going. Then go for the tires. How old are they?? Be sure to flush and replace all fluids. Living and traveling in an RV can be a great life with the right preparation, but it isn't cheap.

Brake hoses collapsing internally will cause the issue of brake/s not releasing.
