'98 American tradition, second valve for rear airbags

Hi everyone, I was recently on a trip and after about 2 hours I lost all pressure in the secondary air system. The feed to the leveling valve in the rear of the coach snapped off at the bar on the leveling valve itself. My question is, what is the second valve that is plumbed after the leveling valve before the rear bags? On site mechanic was able to install a new leveling valve bypassing the second valve. What I'm wondering is the purpose of the second valve and if it has any relation to the power gear hydraulic leveling system. Maybe it's some kind of dump valve? The first two pictures are the valve after the leveling valve front view and back view. The third picture is the leveling valve which is currently pumped directly into the airbags.

It looks a lot like a Quick Release Valve like we just replaced for our rear brakes.

Thank you, would happen to have a part number? In this setup It is definitely plumbed into the air suspension system. We labeled the ports.

LV - leveling valve
Bag-Air bags
The small blue line there that is cut was running up to the front along with the supply line to the leveling valve. It is currently plugged. Here is a picture

Picture of small line running towards front of chassis

I'm assuming the small line is some kind of air activated switch. It runs up to the front and must be controlled by the leveling system to dump the bags. I'm assuming this of course.
