99 Damon Challenger issue

This my first request for help fixing a problem on our new to us motorhome .

We have the same problem as the previous member has posted about & that is the windshield wipers do work on delay !!
Our second problem is our blower motor only works on high speed , 1st I changed the relay , no difference, then I took out the resistor & replaced with one from auto parts store , the blower worked , but the following day quit , so once agin only works on high .

We love our new to us mh ..

Anyone got ideas

Welcome to iRV2. On the fan, it could be the fan control switch. The contacts for lower speeds may not be making contact.

It is not clear to me what the problem is with the windshield wipers.
