Our A&E door awning will not open. When you try to open it, all you get is a clicking sound at the control box. It appears the motor is rusted fast.
How can the awning be opened without the motor??
Can the awning be converted to manual operation?
Thanks in advance

Do you have the little red catches on the bottom of each end.

They may be stuck.

I don't believe you can manually open the awning, nor covert it to manual operation.
