A/C / Heater Fan

I have a squealing fan that’s driving my wife crazy. It’s readily visible in our 2010 Hurricane and even the 4 screws are accessible, but once they’re removed, the fan only moves about a half inch before hitting the dashboard... is there a magic trick or does the dash have to go??? I dont even have a clue where to start moving it out... Thoughts? Suggestions? New motorhome or new wife? Please let me know. Thanks!!!

I'd think a new motor home would be the least expensive option .

From your description the dash has to be moved , and I can't help with instructions ... sorry.

Perhaps a post in the owners section of the forums will get you in touch with another Hurricane owner who's had the same issue.

Blower motor is possibly accessible from passenger side. It could be screwed into the plenum and pull out after removing 3 screws.

Hi ! Welcome to IRV2! We're sure glad you joined the gang!

I can't help with that but noticed you are new on IRV2 and wanted to say hello!

Oh I’ve already tried those 3 screws but there’s evidently more to it..,
Thanks!
